Fuseaux horaires

Apres quelques mois passés aux Ztazini (comme dirait JR), on a enfin compris ce que voulait dire le 9/8c qui apparaissait sur toutes les bandes annonces de serie TV comme Desperate Housewives... Voici l'explication :
